The certificate verifies the authenticity of the polkis, diamonds, and gemstones used in the jewelry. Additionally, all gold is BIS hallmarked (the BIS hallmark is a mark of certification issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards, verifying that our gold meets the stringent quality requirements set forth by Indian law). 

9. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch Timelines: As most of our jewelry is handcrafted upon order, please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be shipped. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched sooner, as indicated on the product page.
